Tuesday was our last day at Disneyland. Sadly, Ashley had to fly home that morning. Scarlett really missed her riding buddy. We were there when the park opened, and we ran straight to Thunder Mountain. You really can't do everything in just three days, especially when you have little ones. Mom watched the girls while Rob, Dad and I rode. Then we all did the Haunted Mansion. Mom bravely volunteered to take the girls over to California Adventure to get in line for Aladdin, while the three of us rode Splash Mountain. We had our trusty "rider switch" pass, and the lady let all three of us go, so we barely had to wait in line at all. The ride did break down a handful of times on us. And we got soaked. I have never gotten that wet on Splash Mountain. We then ran to meet up with Mom, who was one of the first people in line, but Scarlett had to pee, so she had to lose her spot. We still ended up in about the 4th row for the production.
Poor Scarlett bumped her elbow just as Dad snapped this shot.
Scarlett was really in to the show for the first 30 minutes. Good thing it was only 40.
Sydney stood on my Dad's lap, cooing and squealing through the entire show.
We grabbed some hot dogs for lunch, Sydney passed out, and Mom, Dad and I took Scarlett to Disney Junior Live. To say she LOVED it, would be the understatement of the century.
So glad she can actually sleep in her stroller.
We did Monsters Inc, Tower of Terror a time or two more... and then we called it a day.
We went back to the hotel and Scarlett and my Dad went swimming, and Sydney loved lounging on a chair, relaxing in the wind. She loves wind. It makes her squeal and giggle.
After swimming, we went down to the Garden Walk and had dinner at The Cheesecake Factory. When we were walking back to our car, Scarlett sat down and I told her to smile for a picture, she picked her baby up and waved her arm and said "Say hi to the camera! Smile, baby!" She is quite the little mother.

We spent the rest of the evening simply relaxing. Sydney Magoo and ScarScar love their Grandma and Granddad and had fun playing in their bed on the last night.
We let the girls sleep in Wednesday morning, and headed home around 10am. The drive home was a little harder than the drive down... but I think that is to be expected. And it really wasn't bad, at all. We even stopped at Murray Family Farms (our favorite thing about Bakersfield) and got some delicious fruit.
We had such a great trip, and Scarlett was in heaven. She told me a day or two after we got home, "I sure miss Disneyland". Me too, kiddo. And I can't wait to take you back.
